Fit In The Mitt is a veteran owned, women-led fitness and wellness brand and app based in Almont, MI – serving the Mitten State and beyond. We empower busy individuals with personalized workouts, group training, and our signature app, available nationwide.

I’m Nicole Stott – a Navy veteran, certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, business owner, and a mom of three. My husband Kenny (also a Navy veteran) and I have been married since 2007, and together we know what it’s like juggling family, careers, and life’s craziness. Running Fit In The Mitt while raising our busy household has taught me how important it is to keep fitness and nutrition simple, doable, and real. I’m passionate about helping people build healthy habits that actually fit their lives – no fads, no crazy restrictions – just sustainable coaching in both fitness and nutrition that supports you every step if the way. My goal is to make wellness approachable, fun, and something you can stick with long term.

I have been working out with Nicole’s app and also her Saturday in person community workouts for almost a year!

I signed up with her app after cleared from an injury and she customized my nutrition (macros) based on my goals so everything was in one place. She posts weekly workouts (5/week) and provides modifications where needed. I can view a whole library of workouts and can filter by time frame and/or type of workout.
